Coursera, edX, and Udacity offer comprehensive courses that can be good for intro to AI basics. There are a lot of them to sort through! Here are the ones I found most effective as a starting point.

Khan Academy’s “What is AI and how does it work?” - This series is a collection of videos offering very high level introductions to AI concepts. The content is directed toward educators but it applies to us too. The videos can be especially good for reinforcing terms and concepts we are certain about in front of others but may be a little foggy about if pressed for details.
AI for Everyone - Offered on Coursera, this class gives the foundational terms and technologies with some extras. Only the first module, "What is AI", is worth viewing at this stage. It is a series of nine videos. Scroll down past the ads and offers to jump right into the videos. You may have to register with Coursera before beginning.
Career Essentials in Generative AI by Microsoft and LinkedIn – This can be a good video course to take if you’re looking for an AI badge on your Linkedin profile. A quick caveat, this video series is best understood if you already have a solid understanding of AI terms and concepts.
YouTube/Google Introduction to Generative AI - Lots of graphs and pictures make this video series worth viewing. As with some other AI intro materials, there are times when concepts and terms are used before they are defined, assuming vewers know what "training a model" means in different contexts. If needed, press forward, stop often, refer back to the terms and concepts, and it will all eventually make sense.
Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business - A formal online executive education course offered by MIT is an outstanding class if you do better with a structured learning environment and are OK with the $3,200 fee.
